The Blackburn College Careers, Skills and Enterprise Fair is a great way to speak with potential employers face-to-face. You can register with employers for jobs, collect info on employers, ask them questions, apply for jobs, or even have a mini interview on the day. Star Teachers will be present to answer any questions you may have in relation to teacher training. Star Teachers is an ‘Outstanding’ rated organisation that provides high quality graduate teacher training; Outstanding teaching delivers outstanding outcomes. At the Careers Fair we will explain the training programmes we have available, our entry criteria and the generous bursaries and scholarships you can apply for to support you during your training year. You will have plenty of time to speak to our team, who will be happy to offer advice and answer any questions you might have.
